I’ve had significant memory and cognitive issues for 10+ years (poor recall, weak working memory, difficulty articulating). Sleep stabilization and multiple antidepressants (Venlafaxine, Fluoxetine, Fluvoxamine, Vortioxetine) gave no benefit. Could this be adult ADHD or executive dysfunction? If not, what evidence-based options remain for improving cognition?

From the day I had a cervical radiculopathy I started observing all my body symptoms. 1. Breathing 2. Muscle movements 3. Muscle twitches 4. Heartbeats across the body 5. Even small pain I'm linking it to either cancer or etc Out of panic I took brain mri, spine mri, blood tests, NCS, EMG, usg abdomen, 2 ECG and Echocardiogram everything is normal expect I've cervical spondylitis. But still i wanted to check my neck, lungs and etc. Not able to control it at all, sleep is getting disturbed. It's like I'm watching my body for symptoms now I've eyelid twitching and body twitching inspite of doctor confirming everything still I'm not able to accept anything. Even though I'm talking well I feel I'm not speaking well not sure. I'm always seeking external validation to confirm about my health. Please help.

My mother has been taking Riscon Plus tablet for 3 months as per doctor's prescription. The main reason for taking it is auditory hallucination. But now I'm noticing some changes in my mother. Memory loss, feeling like vibration in legs, similarly vibration-like sensation at the back of the head, no interest in watching TV, mobile, newspapers etc. It feels like irritation. Even if TV volume is high, she doesn't like it. My question is, are all these common? Does she need to take this tablet lifelong?

I am a 25-year-old vegetarian male with long-term B12 deficiency (likely around 10 years). Last year my B12 level was 70 pg/ml and oral supplements did not help. This year my level was 155 pg/ml and I started B12 injections: 6 alternate-day injections, 6 weekly injections, followed by 2 monthly injections. My latest B12 level is 1168 pg/ml. Before treatment I had insomnia, stuttering, confusion, memory problems, and depression, which improved significantly after injections. My sleep and clarity are now much better, and I am able to understand clearly and focus for about 45 minutes or so, but then I lose interest. My question: Now that I am about 4 months into treatment, I feel emotionally flat with low motivation to study and no urgency, whereas earlier I was driven more by last-minute pressure and stress. Is this expected during recovery, or could this be my baseline?

Serlift 50 and quitipine 25 mg for depression. Is it a over dose? Am about to start the dose but feeling doubtful if could cause any side effects

Was taking Uvox 100 mg for a while but was change to prodep facing very bad side effects so I consulted a new doctor he gave me xet 25 which gave me even worse side effects can I just go back to Uvox 100 mg
