I have 2 kids. 2nd baby gonna be a year now. Suddenly I dunno i developed fear of death that soon I ll die pls suggest me what's wrong with me

For the last 4 years, I am afraid of staying alone at home and going anywhere alone. I start feeling very anxious due to which for the last 4 years I have been taking Alprazolam tablets in the morning and evening but am not getting any relief. Please suggest me medical help. Thanks.

First time in my life I'm experiencing migraine headache that's getting worse instead of better due to the bad pain on the right side of my temple and top of my head. It's more than 72 hours and i still have it...I'm doing warm compress over my head and forehead. I barely slept due to the pain ... I have no one to take me to the hospital... please guide me .

I’ve been battling anxiety, overthinking, and panic disorder for 15 years. My anxiety often manifests physically even when I’m not mentally anxious. I feel a pulling sensation in my stomach and have trouble breathing. Panic attacks occur, especially when I’m alone. Close friends’ presence helps me feel stable, but my symptoms worsen when I’m by myself. Triggers for my anxiety include sudden touches from behind, nighttime silence interrupted by barking dogs, and physical sensations like fast breathing. Watching Facebook videos of fights or heights also frightens me, as does discussing such topics. Clubs and pubs make me anxious due to their sound and ambiance. I’ve recently been experiencing brain zaps for the past two months, starting around noon daily. They intensify with strong emotions like anger or when I listen to emotionally connected songs. The zaps feel like electric currents and are hard to cope with. I’m currently taking treatment with dr Ashish Kumar Mittal but rahul roy.

I am a 19-year-old male, and I have been addicted to pornography since I was 14. I’ve reached a stage where I spend more than three hours daily watching pornographic content. Even after finishing, I continue to have persistent thoughts and fantasies related to pornography. The issue is that I am studying a challenging and demanding major, and this addiction is significantly affecting my focus, thinking, and overall life. I am eager to overcome this addiction and seek effective treatment. Are there any solutions?

During study and any other activities when I am thinking to the respective work positively. The negative thinking loop comes automatically and pull my mind relating with that positive thinking

Hi Doctor, I am in my postpartum phase, passed 8 months of delivery. I am not able to take proper sleep due to kid at night and in day time I have to do my Job. No one seems supportive near me. Even I am living in a Toxic environment at my in-laws place. They use abusive language, taunts and try to make me feel down on regular basis. My husband is also not a supportive kind of person, and he is not allowing me to stay out of these people. It's seems like an imprisonment for me. My head is approx at the stage, where I feel continuous pinching in it. I feel sleepy all day and whenever I get a chance to sleep, I can't sleep at that time. Honestly I feel worthless on this earth. I get thoughts of ending my life and my daughter's too. Because  I'll be no more, no one is there to take care of her. Do I need to take some sleeping pills or something else in this case. Please suggest.

Hi, Where can I get diazepam inj. I've been prescribed the same by the psychiatrist and also a neuro surgeon as I'm suffering from extreme tremors. I'm asked to get DBS done. So till the time it is done I'm put on diazepam/ lorazepam inj on sos basis. Also I'm on mirtaz, esclo forte for depression.
