Having severe headache from morning. Now its fine. Feeling a bit good but suddenly it starts paining like anything nd its pains at a single area on my forehead and the area changes time to time

I have been taking Vyvanse almost daily for about 18 months, I started with 20mg and gradually increased the dosage to 60mg. My dosage was increased to 60mg about 7-8 months ago and have not had any side effects, however, within the last 2-3 months I have become much more irritable, and have been experiencing some unnecessary mood swings. Could this be from my vyvanse, or could it be a different issue which I am experienceing.

Entire day suffering from acute headache. Due to work stress or anxiety. It is being felt like that the head is hold by someone at left, right and back side. Can not concentrate on work. I generally avoid pain killer hence take rest. Gets good sleep but just after awakening after some time the same pain gets start. I have no past problem of any such type of headache or mental health problem. Kindly suggest probable cause and medication. Thanks, Pramod Tewari
