Sometime I feel like everything is spinning around me. It lasts for some time and then becomes normal. It happens even if I m lying on bed. Can you tell me what is the reason for the same and what should I do?

Hi docter I had visited a psychiatrist for addiction problem mainly of alcohol He had prescribed 3 tablets of which 1 was for sleep problems Would like to know which is for sleep Attaching the prescription

Whom  to  consult  for  Sleeping  Disorder physiotherapist  or  psychologist or neurologist   ? ? ?

My cousin loves a person. some day unexpectedly he spoke to her best friend in a very wrong manner and he also spoke about their personal relationship my cousin got to know two days after the incident through her friend and questioned her bf about this he said i was out of my mind and realized very soon after that and i said to your friend also but i love you very sincerely and give me another chance sooo giving him a chance is a good one or not

Hi, i am a healthy person (got my medical check up done) but from past 1-1.5 years I am facing problem of fatigue, headache, vomitings and sudden out bursts of crying or anger. While fatigue is a constant thing, my vomiting and outbursts happen when i am underdoing stress. How much i try to but i cant control it. In extreme situations i have also slapped and hit myself. It happens when i am alone, not infront of anyone. At times i do see light marks on parts of body where i have hit myself. I have gained about 10 kgs in past few months as well. I am unable to express this to my family members. I have never been like this before and i am worried. Please help.

Am sandhiya am doing final year BDS am loving a boy for past one year he is already love failure he said his past whn we strtd to talk1st we r luvng for past one year now a days he is vry arrogant to me showing his anger for menial things scolding me for no reason he is not giving my time to do my own work always expecting me to talk or meet him when he want if I failed by any reason He is very rude and wild to me He is gud by his heart & character i don want to lose him he thnkng dat i ll leave

I was depressed from my childhood so always I'm getting anger,always i think about past and future i will not be in the present always i have some fear about future,i started to fight with my people always i used to hit myself when i was in anger i don't know what I'm doing,then i met with pshycatrist,he suggested me tablet like zisper, etalam, parry cr then i took that tablet for 1 year but doctor reduced the tablet step by step but now I'm not taking the tablet but again i met wit same prblm

My daughter is suffering from severe phobias phobias that she thinks that lizard is poisonous and it's contact or presence will kill her and she will get harmed and because of this she wash her hands for hours

I just want to tell every doctor that helps people answering our queries, rants etc. Thank you for making help accessible for each one of us. There are days that I feel like if my feelings are valid to be called as a mental health issue or just overreacting but there are also times that i don't know what to do anymore because it is difficult to help yourself change and be accustomed to better habits/behavior. I got panic when i move to closed area , lift, theator,Airplane . I feel stuck and chest plain starts... Sir please suggest... i am scared in travelling through Airplane .
