I am on clomipramine 150 mg/day for OCD since 3 months . Though it helped to control my OCD and anxiety , I am feeling excessive drowsy throughout the day . My family members are saying I am lacking energy to speak as my voice became low . Are all these side effects of the medicine? How long will these persist

I see things sometimes and I get alot of nightmares. Do I need to take an MRI Scan so that I can be sure of the problem behind the cause?
