Techniques for managing anxiety
I'm looking for some practical techniques that can help me calm down when I'm in constant worry and anxiety. I cannot control the urge to be in control of everything and it's very distressing for me that I cannot control what's going to happen. I feel very insecure in those moments and I don't know how to stop overthinking and stressing about what's going to happen. Is there any advice you can give me? I already know about mindfulness for example. I need some advice on how to deal with that kind of moment when I also have a lot of intrusive thoughts and cannot stop my mind from overthinking and drowning itself in anxiety.

I am suffering from depression and anxiety but anxiety is troubleing me more as all irrelevant and negative thoughts come in my mind which are of no use due to which i feel exhausted all the time..

Sleeping problem, gets hyper sometimes
Hi my sister has sleeping problem , she wakes up in middle of night screams, and sleep walk. She has period occuring irregular, she has mood swings, she suddenly gets hyper for small issues.
