I am in relationship and my partner suppose to be liking someone else now. Just liking. Got depress with this. He is her best friend and he can't stop seeing her. This is bothering me badly. In a very depress condition. Please help.

My husband is having perasomnia .so in the middle of the night he is waking up daily. Also he is getting nightmares because of that he is talking something loudly and waking up others who is sleeping with him.daily he is disturbing others sleep.plz help how to cure this problem and what type of treatment we should take.plz help

I don't know how to take zapiz ,i have been prescribed zapiz along with escitalopram, Is zapiz mouth dissolving or to be swallowed with water . When i am putting it on tongue it is dispersing quickly and giving mint flavor but,it is not written outside the leaflet that it is mouth dissolving.

Intrusive thoughts like peripheral vision whenever i start reading something and someone is sitting besides me then instead of foccusing on my book my eyes moves to the side where the person is sitting

It all started one day around 3 months back when i had throbbing headache, tingling all over body, muscle pain, joint pain, neck pain, fatigue, dizziness, etc. I went to GP n he gave me Binaprex, Evion LC, Robinaxol n Neurobion Forte. Took brain n spine MRI, which came back normal.After this treatment for a month, i felt slightly better bt had red palms, wrist pain with blood vessels visibe n doctor gave me Atarax and asked to me continue neurobion. Now there was no change in palm redness but had problems with joint stiffness, took lot of blood test (CBC, LFT, Uric, TSH, RF, Urine, etc) and all came back normal. Now again i went due to stiffness, eye strain, pulsation all over body, mild headache. He asked me to start Atarax 10mg and Neurobion again as he felt things were normal with me. But today i suddenly had swelling at the base of middle finger bluish color red palm and pulling sensation between elbow -wrist, tingling n headache. Dont know how to proceed and diagnose my problem ?

I am taking tab Tynept OD and Spenzo 0.5 mg once daily since last 4 years. This was prescribed by a Psychiatrist. These medicines are helping me. I want to know how long can I continue this medication. Are there any risks if I continue taking them for a long time.
