Hi , I feel like I forget things very easily .earlier this was not the case . Some time while talking to someone I forget things what I was talking (very rare case) I forget conversation very easily . I forget my stuff easily .

I was a chain smoker, i use to take marijuana sometimes too, a month ago i had a bad trip when i took weed, and had an anxiety attack. I consulted a doc and was prescribed anxiety medicines which help at that time, now smoking aint an issue for me but NOW i have this fear that if i smoke id get anxiety attack, and without smoking im very hazzy dizzy uneasy. Leaving weed forever is fine but how to overcome this fear i have.
