Could not sleep Headache Un-intentionally crying with no reason Eyes paining a lot Not feeling hungry

I get too much jerk in my sleeping...some time i scared of these jerks...why i have this problem and how i get rid of these sleeping jerks??

I am 27 years old and i am suffering from tremendous headack. I am unable to have sound sleep at night. It became very difficult for me to continue my work in office as i need to work whole day with my laptop. I do lie down on my bed for long time and do hardly get sleep. I do suffer from tremendous headack for whole day. I didnt get stable mindset and cant concentrate on my work. I cant control my emotion and so get irritate in small things. I do cant think what i am speaking and how i am react

I HV sleeping disorder because I dream alot, my brain is active almost through out in the dreams...how can I stop this?

Undergoing depression treatment since 3 months but no change...feel sad tired depressed all time...lack of interest at work and in life..cannot decide anything..feel trapped...

I can't go to work , it seems that my was whole life was nothing but worthless , I could never find my self

My sister in law is behaved liked 13 years old child but her age is 25 years.which speciality of doctor should i consult to make her normal and independent.

I am not at all able to concentrate on any thing. Not even able to retain and remember the things. This is affecting my personal and professional life. I am always scared. Because things go wrong horribly. Not able to understand why this happens. It might cost my current job. Need help.

I have headache for almost 7 years. Mostly it triggers when i watch tv, mobile or laptop for too much or when i am stressed too much.
