Hello Practo user I can understand your concern and how it might be impacting your daily life. These symptoms are caused due to some personal issues or stress . A more detailed history is needed to reach a conclusion .It is advisable that you seek professional help from a clinical psychologist who can take a detailed case history and interview and give an analysis of the problem. You can try and practice deep breathing and also try talking to a trusted family member or a friend. You can also reach out to me through the practo app for any further help and guidance.
