I have been experiencing extreme mood and behavior issues, anxiety, and depression. These issues started years ago around the time indifferent a head injury in a car accident. I'm not sure if it is due to an injury or bipolar disorder. I'm experiencing memory gaps and shaking as well.

If d head injury in d accident resulted in brain injury or loss of consciousness den ur erratic mood may me related to the incident. N as suggested u may require neuropsychological assessment.
