Forgetfulness
I am a mother of 2 year old boy. Recently I have become very very forgetful. It is like my mind has lost the clarity it used to have. For example, we have one of our relatives coming over every weekend. Last week I forgot to give him a pillow to sleep on..This week while I remembered the plow, i forgot the sheet which he could wrap during the night. Husband is also pretty upset with me regarding this. I feel very bad, poor guy, he doesn't say anything.. I do have a part time house help and a cook but sti this is happening.  I look after the toddler full time. As a background, i was working before the baby, now quit unwillingly. Have been looking for job but not getting dur to the gap. Lots of other things also in mind, but I don't really consciously think about all this entire day. What is wrong with me? What cN i do to improve my situation?

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. I can understand your suitation and problem. Due to your added motherhood responsibility, you alway have a lot of thoughts going around baby than other or your thoughts about baby care  gets priority than others!!!!. So  obviously you tend to be forgetful on  other activities. Don't worry it's quite normal. On a preventive side, try and start a stress management as a balancing act so that sooner later, you can  focus back to work or careers related objectives. Feel free to reach out to me online for further evaluation of your others symptoms and guidance on work life balance. Be positive. You will be alright soon.
