Is it normal that I'm being forgetfulness by taking 40mg of fluoxetine for my anxiety and depression? Could that be the reason?

Forgetfulness is a symptom of Anxiety and depression. It is not because of Medicine . If you don't see improvement in 3-4 weeks , reconsider the Medicine and ask psychiatrist to evaluate and advise.

Dear sir, Fluoxetine doesn't cause any cognitive disturbances like forgetfulness. Anxiety and depression are the ones who cases forgetfulness.
