3 months back i had acid reflux problem which i thought is a heart problem...i got my ecg n echo done and it was normal...But since then i have become a very different person, earlier i was very very carefree person use to eat alot outside now i get tensed when i eat outside i think my heart rate will go up and because of that it happens always and after eating i am always checking my heart rate non stop n it reaches 95- 115 at that time..i think i will have the same problem i always have thoughts that i will die...and m always touching between my neck whether my heart rate is high..and check on my mobile again n again..

Can I use rozerem for sleep while on escitalopram ? I also want to know is it causes blurred vision or not. And is it ok for long term use? Thanks in advance.

I got married last year. in recent days I have problem with my mother in law, and my husband supporting her mother even problem is in her side. A few months earlier I was analysing myself and I felt that I am addicted to the internet. Which is affecting my personal lifestyle and also relationship. I am trying to de-addict myself and I feel like I have improved a lot. I used to feel very uncomfortable without the internet and at any given time I was in front of my laptop watching YouTube or googling not so useful things, however, now I find myself without using the internet most of the days and I actually feel good. But I still feel I need to reduce even more for my own benefits. How can I achieve this? Kindly suggest Thanks in advance. Note: I am a Software Engineer.

I had Panic attack about 3 months back, since then I had visited Psychiatrist who prescribed me to medication. I have work related stress & everyday when I need to go to office I have stomach upset, hyperacidity, stomach bloating, nausea. Should I stop the medication which I'm taking since I'm not interested to got to office daily

Hey! I was recently on a trip to a hill station and I had to kind of travel in a van through the roads of the hilly region all the time. I generally don’t feel sick when I travel and this was the first time I sensed a weird feeling in my gut. My head was spinning and was nauseous for a long time. I wanted to puke and put my head between my knees for a while. I guess I was sensing motion sickness. What are the symptoms of motion sickness and how can I overcome it. It was really uncomfortable and it was a vacation to enjoy. Can someone help me?
