My father even after a good nights sleep keeps dosing throughout the day. He is on huge amounts of medicines and i need to consult a sleep specialist

I need help with my anxiety issues, antisocial behavior, lack of confidence and loss of interest. Panic attacks for almost everything. I want to visit a psychiatrist but nervous. Help

Hi sir/madam, I am not getting sound sleep. Even if I do physical exercise it's not helping me for good amount of sleep. I can remember the dreams also. I try to go to bed before 12am. And wake up at 7 am.

I had acid reflux problem few days back due to which my heart beat use to increase..But now i am scared of eating outside whenever i eat abit also i feel my heart rate is really high i get tensed n panicky...what should i do??

My O levels exams are starting tomorrow and ending at about 3 weeks later,but as I'm revising for the papers,I am really stressed out and when I cannot solve a maths question,I feel overwhelmed and just feel like breaking down because I feel helpless and not sure how to pick my myself up and move on.None of my family members know how I feel so there is no point telling them anything.I just feel very tired and exhausting when I don't know how to solve a question which really bothers me,because at this point I should be familiar in solving but for my case I don't and I really in need of desperate help because no one understands how I feel right now.

Ill started oxetol 300 and valprine 500 last 2.5 years. But doctor recommended that pls stay on 3 years. But my question is that thise medicine are fine for body or fine for helth. Thise medicine which ill recommended are for myclonical sezier but pls help me to stop these meedicine. And can these medicine is fine for myclonic sezier pls help any body...

I was on ssri fluxomaine(luvox) for 1.5 years i think that i am good now but doctor is telling me to take it for 4 months more so i decide to stop the medicine but now after 3 months the symtops the repeated unwanted thoughts comes again what should i do i daily life is very difficult for me i talk even talk to people
