I have been suffering from anxiety disorder since last year. How long treatment will go for this ill?

My sister has depression from last 2 year. She intakes medicine regularly. Is there other option to cure it? In how many days depression is cure by medicine?

How much ever i show love and care he dont understand, always keep telling i dont love him. Im faking around. Im not that expressive. Even he is the same he dont express love, he can only express anger. Im totally confused and blank doesnt know how to take our relationship further. Please help me. I dont want him to complaint again and again about my love towards him. I love him so much.

Hi Doctor, Basically I had suffered with depression but at that time I consulted psychiatrist doctor, then he prescribed tablets for one month (Mirtaz 7.5 and Amazeo 50mg).when I take this tablets iam feeling very relief and very happy. But when I stop tablets after one weak o going back like some tension and sleeping problems.when I stop this Medicine my problem is sleeping problem I got some dreams in night,when I take this Medicine it's going normal and happy. But I don't want to take tablets for overcome . Without tablets how can I overcome this problem. Because of sleeping problem. I got some dreams I unable to sleep properly. Please tell me some technics.

I am currently on attentrol(25mg), inspiral 20mg Sr(twice a day) for adult adhd and quitiepin(25mg) at night, so that i can sleep and have less anxiety. I do take some additional stimulants like caffeine & nicotine but i am trying to lower my caffeine & nicotine dose now that I am on inspiral. I started taking mentat as herbal supplementation in addition to fish oil and whey protein that i take along with the food. So, is it fine if i take mentat tablet twice a day before i take my attentrol & inspiral medication. Will it cause any interaction with my adhd medication. I am also thinking whether mentat will help me on drug holidays when i only take attentrol & skip inspiral.
