Hi my wife will have one operation on day after tomorrow. Will injection is necessary for giving in operation theatre? Will the doctor give her injection after OT?

My best friend has just had her breakup. She married against her parents wish but her marriage dint work out well. She got divorced last month. Past 1 year she was into the court matter and stuff. She is emotionally very weak. She is just 34 year old. Tell me the ways to rid of breakup depression.

Is it curable on long run?! Do i have to live with it for d rest of my life.? And i had read that it can grow into schizophrenia..!! Can it happen? Coz, sometimes i think feel people around me when there are none. And i feel about situation that i have dreamt about it, or it has happend already. I can't express dat feeling in words.!!! Can anyone suggest something.

I have suffered huge losses in business due to a tender rejection. I have lost almost everything I don't wish to be with anyone. Nor do I wish to go out anywhere. I am 32 year of age male. Currently staying alone in another home. Please tell me how to get out of depression alone?

Me and my friend had a fight over some issue. We both study in second year commerce. We both are 21 year old. She got humiliated too much. Later I realised it was my fault. I am feeling guilty over it. Can you help me to remove this guilty feeling?

She is feeling exhausted after getting up from sleep. She works in night shifts. Problem has been persisting for over a month. No allergies. Feels weekness throughout the body. No enthusiasm to do any work. Worries much about future happenings.

From 3 days my head is rotating and in forehead there is pain . I was doing some work after it I feel that my forehead is spinning and i was felt for two minutes that I am feeling that my head is rotating . Then after I am feeling head pain and rotating while walking . My head is only rotating slowly but when I see any objects it is not Rotating it is normal . I have checked my B.P it is normal , no fever or any other abnormality what to do .
