Being too sensitive, taking tension
Hi, I am very sensitive and take tensions in every situations and problems, even for any new task I feel like to that is another problem. Too much thoughts always running through mind and most of them are negative. If someone hurts, it affects long lasting about 2  days. Feeling always tense not happy, as I am trying to get rid of such things but unable to control it.

You can try and practice deep breathing and meditation as that will help you with the thoughts . Try and talk to a close family member or friend about the issues , spend quality time with them to distract yourself. Go for regular exercise and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Hi sir Thanks for seeking help here. You have anxiety disorder. You can manage it without much difficulties. Start yoga and exercise. Learn relaxation techniques and start a low dose medication. I feel pari cr 25 will be good option. Happy to help you Later we will start CBT.
