Adhd treatment and procedure
After taking online test, found I have AdHD. Is that common in adult's. Just figured I have this since from last 6 years.... What treatment is available? Should I join regular gym for excercise? What best stimulus medicine you guys recommend?

Hello, It's possible that you may be suffering with ADHD as physical hyperactivity and impulsivity reduce by age but it's present in the form of mental impulsivity. Don't worry it's manageble with some behavioral and environmental manipulation.

Hi Sir Thanks for seeking help here. ADHD is not a common illness which onset at this age. Usually childhood ADHD symptoms continue to adulthood. Definitely there are medication like Atomoxetine n some tasks for enhance the concentration will help you... Start mindfulness based cognitive therapy ....and Yoga and exercise.
