Unable to share my point
Hi , i am going through a very different phase. I feel like to cry whenever i want to put any of my opinion or problem in front of my seniors or even my husband .i am not able to explain my point properly and feeling very helpless..i feel feared to face the people i work..i dont feel like to speak with any of my relatives or friends..i dont know what is happening with me .can you please guide.

Hello practo user I can understand your concerns regarding your current situation. It seems that you are a sensitive person who is unable to express herself assertively infront of others . You can try and practice deep breathing and meditation which will help clear the mind of negative thoughts .  You can also try and practice assertiveness skills with others . Try and talk to close family members and friends as they can help increase your confidence.  It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for better understanding of your problems and through regular psychotherapy sessions you will learn healthy skills and coping strategies.  You can also reach out to me through the practo app for any further help or guidance.

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Such feelings of low self esteem and inability is due to stress and anxiety in your mind. With anxiety obviously fear, Insecurity, lack of concentration, motivation etc gets into your behavior and end up with mood swing, crying spells and depression. Be positive. This is an addressable issues with some professional counselling help. Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counseling the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
