Depression and Anger management
My wife always gets angry frequently and she says that she is feeling depressed mentaly.and she  gets fear that something bad is going to happen.

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Behaviors with anger, irritation, frustration, Mood swing, hurtful speech etc are expression or outburst of stress in her mind. Sometimes it's gets aggrevated due to body conditions like excess heat in body, menstrual issues, digestion issue or acidity etc. So obviously, all these results in depression and negativity in day-to-day life. Be positive. It's an addressable issue. Depressed is a day to day basis word used to denote feeling low. Fear of something bad denotes anxiety. Both are signs of some ongoing life stress as well as mental illnesses. So,your wife needs to consult a psychiatrist either here or in person. Think about it & revert back

Hello, Depending upon symptoms associated with it diagnosis can be made. Associated symptoms can be feeling of emptiness or sad, impulsivity, difficulty in controlling anger, fear that she will be left all alone, impulses to harm etc. These symptoms can be taken care off by psychological therapy and medications.

Some more questions need to be answered- like is there something she's stressed about? Is she getting adequate sleep? How is your relationship with her? Are you two having any problems? Has she ever thought of suicide? Has there been change in her food habits or her day to day activities?

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counseling the symptoms will improve. If she is feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
