I am suffering from general anixity disorder doctor gave me fluxetion 20mg is this medicine work on my anixity disorder

I have taken diazepam 10 mg tablet then also I am not getting sleep Whole night I was not sleeping.

Taking Mirtazapine 7.5mg daily at bedtime from last one month.. Want to taper off mirtazapine now.Feared so much about insomnia.

I feel shy when I talk to girls even to new people too...i can sing very nicely but bcz of shyness I never went on stage...i also want to interact with girls n talk with new people... Even I had problems in asking doubt to teachers also bcz of my shyness n they used to take attendence then all have to say present sir Or yes sir i suffered a lot...anyway I have changed myself aftr.. Most crucial time of my college project time where we have to explain about the project on stage... Really I used to make excuses of sickness.. I suffered a lot bcz of my sickness...please reply... I am currently prescribed Depsonil PM 75mg at night and at morning along with Spectra 10mg and Olimelt 7.5mg. My mood throughout the day is a sad and depressed mood. I don't feel like doing anything and doing things which I enjoyed previously. I get panic attacks very often. My diagnosis is MDD and Anxiety disorder. I do have previous case history of MDD. I wanted to know whether psychological treatment like CBT or NLP be effective along with the medication.

I feel like my intrusive thoughts are taking over my good thoughts and i am becoming a bad person i know it can be ocd but what i feel is that i am not a good person anymore and it's true to my own logic and moral

I was diagnosed with somatization disorder....apart feom medication what i can do to help me feel better ?

Now in my head sometimes I feel like a shock. It happens at any time while lying on bed, standing or sitting. I am taking vitamid 40 mg Tab once in a day with food since one year

Suffering from Anxiety and due to this frequent urinations from 7 years in day time...all test are fine...
