I have back (pain left and right side of spine )in last 10 months *****full day pain in back ****** neck stiffness also hurt me Chest pain/ribs/pain (some times ) Some times chest was tightly and ache Elbow/wrist/shoulder/ pain Pain severe in left side /normal pain in right side I have tested (HLAB27 negative), MRI NEGATIVE Doctor gives 1 month  **PENTA NERVE NT*** 20days no pain in back after 20 days pain return Another doctor gives (anti depression tab.  ****prothiaden 25 mg ****** pain reduce 1,2 ,3 rd day after 1 week no pain after one month pain return to me (in between salfaslazine,microsid ,ect 60mg,hcqs200,hcqs 300,microflam,(pain not go down) What prob is this?

Can I take flutee20 with nex 20 coz I have taken many meds and I think both helped me in my symptoms. I'm taking nex20 but I'm having some symptoms which I didn't have while on flutee20 but I stopped it coz of side effects. Is it possible to take both? My psychiatrist didn't make me recover. I have stopped going there. Just want an opinion. Is there any possibility of serotonin syndrome?

Iam suffering from anxiety related hypertension, iam also uses bp tab. Iam taking bp by automated bp monitor at home, each time I took 3 readings first reading always high than others due to anxiety and excitement. The later readings are normal and similar. Which reading should be considered ? Pls suggest. 1 reading 140/92 2 reading 127/74 3 reading 124/74. Regards.

I dont know i am in depression or not but i randomly cry and cry sometimes I m being angry for no reason constantly misbehaving , talking a lot , not being able to understand whenever someone say anything just repeat the same

Since last few months, I start crying for small things that would hardly matter, and I cry frequently. I feel like I need somebody to talk but nobody understands. I have left all my hobbies and do not like to do such things anymore. I get angry for small things. I don't know what is it, or if I should consult a doctor or not.

For the last 2 to 3 months life was terrible. When i was a kid , i was afraid of hiv because of one incident and then out the blue it came back!. I became very sick and i had almost every possible symptom. The exposure was 8 years back . i tested for hiv using three tests. Tridot hiv 1 and 2 ,western blot hiv 1 and 2 and pcr rna hiv 1, all the three were negative. But im still worried of hiv because of some symptoms. I feel like im losing my intelligence . i cant find the joy or think creatively like i used to. Im worried about hiv still and i feel like im developing aids related dementia even though i have three negative tests. What should i do?

I'm suffering from depression from 4 years and taken many meds. I just want to know that what percentage of people completely recover without any residual symptom and live life like before after severe depression? I read one study which said that first medicine help only 30% of patients, and finally only 50-60% get into remission. Some psychiatrists like Dr. Rajiv Sharma MD on YT are saying that it becomes alright in 6month to 1 year on it's own. What is this dichotomy. Can anyone plz tell me that in their practice what percentage of people really recover from 1st episode which is really severe. Do meds really help? Plz help and be honest plz. Don't make us suffer.
