Hello mam /sir i am on BUPROPION (150)(8th month) MIRTAZAPINE (7.5)(first week) ,for my severe anxiety issues, since i am preparing for civil services exam so i would like to ask would these meds have any negative effect on memory/cognition or any other side effect which may affect studies? thanks.

Hello Dr. I'm suffering from chest pain and back pain from last 6 months I checked my ecg echo chest x ray all are normal last week i check my self to pulmonologist he told me that is due to stress can you please suggest me for better precautions I'm so much worried about this

My medication for anxiety and depression,started a year back . My psychiatrist have given me to start with nexito 10mg, after around 6 months of daily dosage it was reduced to 5mg , I felt horrible right after a day of reduction. But soon after that everything got into place , Now my psychiatrist have reduced my dosage from daily to alternate days and again I feel the same but in a reduced scale , right after a day of the skipped dosage, I want to learn about the half life of the medicine and learn to be strong through my withdrawal process.? How long should I wait and what to expect.

I am an introvert and always have been, 5 yrs back I changed myself and turned more confident etc and was very happy. Slowly, I had some issues with a few friends and relationship issue.(Also, I feel I am obsessed with marriage).I was an over caring and emotional person bt didn't show it to anyone. I have cried to sleep for months(3years back)because of hurting a person and was not able to overcome it. Because of the issues I again turned into more introvert. Becz of obsession,I keep thinking smethin bad will happen to me on my marriage day/aftr that. I read book secret that if u think smethin it will happen.I am not able to talk to anyone freely, and not able to focus on study at all.I keep thinking all day and night. I have recently recognised that I have minor anxiety issues, fear, slight obsession & depression.Hence,I am not able to talk.I did take medicine for a month and felt very light and happy but I felt that medications will make me addictive to medicines. What should I do ?

Hi My wife is diagnosed with somatoform pain disorder. She's undergoing treatment advised by Pshyciatrist at NIMHANS Bangalore. She's currently on Dulotin 20mg and has been further referred to a Clinical Psychologist. I would like to understand how a psychologist would help and can any psychologist would help Or are there specific for somatoform problems? Please advise!

I have lost my concentration to read , understand , remember things due to depression and anxiety. This lead to loss of work, poor academics etc. None of the antidepressants helped me. What is the solution? Any treatment for concentration.

I face lots of problem in my day to day life.Its been 3 years I'm taking Treatment from psychiatrist I get relief but after stoping it again starts want to know for how long I have to bear this problem and is this the only option for this problem.
