Does consuming coffee while taking antidepressants affects the mental health?my age 26. Past 1 year I have been taking medicine's for my depression and anxiety. Does consuming coffee slowdown the effects of medicine? Awaiting your reply

Hi, I think I have narcissistic personality disorder as most of the people from my paternal side have the same charectarisitcs and I got as a genetic. But I haven't consullted with any doctor about. I keep reading about mental health issues and I keep finding them inside me. Am I really flawed? Will I never be changed? Am I really a narcissist? Kindly help me. I want my husband, my family and other people to be happy around me which I fail to do most of time. Please help me. What should I do? Which help should I seek for? I want peace and happiness. Not a life like this.

I had an exposure 8 years back. I tested this year in the month of july and september. I had three tests done. A tridot , western blot and pcr hiv 1 rna. All the three were negative. However i was on medications when i took these tests(not hiv meds) . meds like flucanozole sompraz d40 before pcr rna, Probiotics before western blot and meds for viral fever 48 hrs before tridot. Could have these meds affected my tests and made them false negative? Im having persistent symptoms of vision problems , loss of appetite , tremors and a lot of cognition problems. I cant understand memes and other mathematical problems. Should i test for hiv again? Or is my cognitive declination and other physical symptoms being caused by psychosomatic factors?

I feel left arm and hand tringling &Somtimes chest discomfort from emotional stress. From physical activities i dont get such symptoms.i am confused what's the problem.

I'm taking Nexito20 for 2 years . I was diagnosed with ibs 4 months back. I was feeling bit stable before ibs but after that my depression is getting very hard to manage. I feel very unstable. Doctor told me that ibs can't be cured, u have to manage it just like depression. Does IBS not let Nexito work/absorb property in the system. What should I do? help me
