Asked for Male, 16 Years

I am having ocd and taking escitalopram 40mg and having too much side effects like too much gas and unusual dreams. Should I reduce it to 20mg or continue taking 40???

Dose reduction is not an advisable thing but you can consult a psychiatrist to either replace it with some other drug or adjust the dose
