Over thinking on any issues which I  personally know it's not required but my mind keeps thinking sometimes in a day, making me anxious. It's happening since so long and somehow I was managing by meditation n etc but now a days Its started affecting by blood pressure. Pl advise right medical way to treat

I'm sleeping all day after taking first dose of oleanz plus ( olanzapine 5mg, fluoxetine 20mg). Is it normal?

I am an investment banker currently working from home . Till July 2020 I have was successfully able to manage my work from home through the help of my extended family but post that I am facing burnout, anxiety attacks and focus related issues at work. Also I am a mother to a 2.8year old kid going through his terrible twos stage. Handling the emotional needs of my little one and balancing my work has affected my overall mental health. I have been scolding my child lately a lot  and  going through the mommy guilt which has had added injury to my overall condition. I have been working out, taking a break and other possible things to stay positive. What is worrying me is also that I am due for a promotion this year and I do not want to lose it due to the issues I am currently facing due to the pandemic work from home set up. I am even contemplating of quitting my job sometimes when the stress hits it's peak! Hoping to have a helping response!

After break up had a very ugly fight with my ex. It was a triangle love . They both r scandled me and also blaming me i also said very bad to him that's why i feel guilt . I can't sleep and when I go for food immediately vomating started so I feel sick  weak everyday . I can't enjoy with my family member can't do anything . I always lying on bed and thinking of past . I can't overcome that situation can't move on in my life .Please suggest me what to do.

I want to to replace amitriptyline 50mg  into sertraline. Because blurriness disturb and also blood pressure elevated to 140/90 due to amitriptyline. But helped to lift my mood in 15 days.

I have been taking many years, some fluxations in eGFR report, doctor advised to Tapper off Lithosun SR 400mg. My mood got irritated some times. I was on Pexixep CR 12.5mg before few years back and stopped. So i am taking Paxidep CR 12.5mg and my mood is free without any disturbences. Any suvgestions and advise please.

Need to talk to Dr Sonal Jhalani Khandelwal as she had helped me with initial medicines.Need to know the next course of action.

Is it normal some elevation 140/90 from amitriptyline 50mg. And may I add fluoxetine 20mg with this as amitriptyline 50mg is not sufficient dose for moderate depression.

That's why I feel sick not interested to have food . I always feel sad nd guilt. When I go for food vomating started. I can't enjoy with my family members and feel mental depression and heratly weak. Please suggest me what to do in that situation.
