For the last three days, i feel like touching sensation on back of my head, today i feel like somthing physically stressing my head, i couldnt able to concentrate and couldnt able to sleep, while sleeping im getting lot and lot of thoughts, its been three days i didnt take a proper sleep.... i got nerve numbness and taking Methylcobalamin medication

Having anxiety disorder from last 2 years...I have taken Homopathic medication argentum nitricum for 3 months 3 drops daily 3 times..there was certain improvement, However last month I left taking this medication as I have already taken this medication for 3months..Now my symptoms are increasing having heavy eyes, difficulty in concentration..fear ..After taking stress on any issue the symptoms increases..Please advise whether I have to restart medication argentum nitricum and any other medication along with this homopetic medication..

I feel like I'm suffering from anxiety. My heart beat suddenly increase and fear of attack come to my mind due to chest pain. Also feel dizziness. How can I overcome it ?

I was taking flvvoxamine 50 mg and clonoplazam 0.25mg and today my doctor did final tappering of my dose to recital plus for 15 days and escitalopram & etizolam tablet for 10 days. and said you can stop it. Please tell me is it safe do i get any withdrawal after taking this meds will my panic disoder symptoms get relief after completion of these meds.

I am facing sleeping issue from last 1 month. I am not able to sleep even after getting tired. I do not know whether this is depression or something else. I try very much not to think . But something keeps going on in the mind.

Symptoms: A. Depression And B. Persistent thoughts of fear of performance of talking to people both before, while, after talking to people like : 1. Am I going to be nervous? 2. Am I going to get laugh at inappropriate times when talking to people? Are they going to get hurt if I laugh at inappropriate times? 3. Am I going to be be negatively judged based on by talking capabilities? Is it OCD or SAD? Or both? Which SSRI is better suited for these symptoms ? Thank you

Hello Respected Doctors From past 1 week I've been suffering from serious anxiety and fear of having Cancer It all started suddenly with my breathing problems actually I was forcing my lungs to take a deep breath every 5 secs I have normal short breaths though Then this breathing problem resolved when I did some exercises but now I have severe acidity and gas kinda symptoms went for so many blood tests and all came fine I also went for a Sonography due to upper abdominal pain and it showed MILD GASTRIC PYLORIC WALL EDEMA doctor said its Gastritis but I'm still in fear if there's anything serious? All my day I just sit in my room searching for my symptoms on internet I'm very afraid 😨 please help
