Constipation
I have OCD issue. I am taking Flunil 40 and Clonil 25 tab in one day. Due to medicine i am facing constipation problem . My stool is so hard. When I take cremaffin plus syrup my bowel movement is smooth and clear but after stopping the syrup again the constipation occurrs.

Hello
Clomipramine is known to cause constipation. Actually since uv been given only 40mg flunil consult your psychiatrist to increase the dose of flunil itself and if you have any sleep issues then to add some med for that ..this way clomipramine can be avoided without exaggerating your oc symptoms

Need to visit your psychiatrist to solve this. Change of medicine could be a option but your psychiatrist will be in a better position to decide on this.

In the mean time, increase your water and fiber intake which generally takes care of constipation. Fluid intake should be at least 3-4 L a day.
