Whenever I hear a bad news I feel panic and anxious. My heart rate increases and feel that pain on myself. Also, I don't feel like doing the same thing where I felt that anxiety. That stops me to do that. I think that way I will again be in same situation hence I try to avoid it. Please suggest is a disorder, anxiety attacks or something else.

Been experiencing rapid mood swings lately. It's been about 10 months, I'm coming out of an extremely abusive relationship. I've been working on setting stronger boundaries. This has led to fall outs with a lot of friends including a few close ones too. I'm afraid I'll fall into addiction. I've recently realized I've been a people pleaser. Although I'm constantly working on myself to change these personality traits that harm me, I'm finding it rather difficult without any help and professional advice. I'm no longer talking to friends and family about my feelings and even though not immense, but slight difficulties in being productive. I've had break ups in the past, but my last relationship is still clinging onto me and I don't wish to hold these memories as a lesson of how weak and naive I acted. I've a lot of childhood trauma that I've neither spoken out loud or written down. I've always suppressed these feelings, emotions in the past but as I keep growing up, it's become v difficult

Rumination is a symptom of ocd or depression?? What is the treatment for that? Psychotherapy is enough?

I have 19 tablets of uvox 50 mg but due to covid I am quarantine don't have medicine for atleast a week but my doctor suggested two tabs a day for 2 weeks what should I do ? Please sir madam

I am going through depression and anxiety(performance anxiety and social anxiety mainly) treatment from last 4 months. Below is my treatment details- 1.) D veniz 50mg at night and etilaam pro 20mg day and night for 2 month. 2.) D veniz 100 mg at night and etilaam pro 20mg in night for 1 month. 3.) D veniz 100 mg at night. Now, when i stopped etilaam pro my anxiety somewhat started, frequent mood swings and having sleeping problem. What should be taken for anxiety and sleeping problem bw etizolam or clonazepam? Can i take it on and off as when i did not feel good? Help me with mood swings also. Please give me your suggestion also.

Does isabgol ( psyllium husk) create serotonin syndrome while I am taking flunil 20? Is it safe to continue isabgol daily for constipation while taking flunil 20 for anxiety and ocd? Thank you.

I have consulted a psychatrist for my frequent panic thinking. If have a slight headpain i think it would be stroke like that. I have allergic and bronchial asthma. I have been taking inhalers. I f i feel slight discomfort in breathing i immediately take oximeter and very frequently check my SPo2 readings. Dr suggested me to take ZOSERT 25MG, SULPITAC 50MG and OMEZ D daily night. Can i take these medicines along with MontekLC which iam currently using for allergy and inhalers. Whether this will cause any side effects?

My mother experiences sadness at the very extreme level. Once, it reached to suicidal level.  Sometimes certain behaviour of people which is not acceptable to her triggers her feelings and instead of expressing it she sits silently and sometimes faints. Her BP lowers too much at this point. Entire body turns cold. I am trying to find the cause and solution to this behaviour.

Sir my son (20yrs ) is suffering from insomnia due to increase in anxiety. Psychiatrist has prescribed him 1.Thioril 10 2.Phenergen 25 3.Olimelt 2.5 4.Evion 400 May I know why he has given Phenergen 25mg and Olimelt 2.5 ??? Will Phenergen 25mg once a days negatively affect my son's health in any way ???

Am suffering from Anxiety,Since last 10 years onwords Am suffering wit Anxiety Disorder,Last 2 months onwords Am using Medicine Sertraline 100,50 mg,Pravanol SR 40,My Doctor Recomends some tests Creatinine,ECG,CBC,THYROID PROFILE All Tests are Normal,last 4 days Onwords Am again suffering with Anxiety.. why What is the problem to me???
