During my fight with wife, she always threatens me with suicidal attempt. Kindly advise how can i tackle this situation.

There is pain in my head( left side of the ear ) sometimes in right side also . should I take some test ?

Hi, I am always worried about my future. I'm constantly thinking if I'm doing the right thing. I feel anxious thinking about any change that will take place in the future. For example, how would my parents will manage to live alone if I move out of the house or get married. What will I do when in a few months my sister would get married. What if I lose all my precious time overthinking and not living the life properly

Suffering from generalised anexity disorder and gas and irritable bowel syndrome for last 15 years .i am currently taking esctiplram 10 mg and Clonazepam 1mg .i stay at home all day free and mind continuous thinks negative thoughts.please give me some tips to deal with it

Hi doctor, My father in law committed suicide as he couldn't withstand torture from mother in law . She never let him be happy... she made his sons against him and they do things as per her commands... he never had value in that house. She even controls our life also. She convinces my husband against me also.. She wll ruin our life too... I wouldnot  have happy life ever .. my husband cant say anything against her...though he knows she is wrong... I hate my life... I love my baby and husband.. I wish for a happy life with them...but mother in law will control my life .. she wll ruin my life... everything is over.

He is.. -failing to perform well at work , have dependency on colleagues, Inferiority complex. As a result, mostly sad, always scared of loosing job, stressed, depressed, doesnt like to mingle with people and enjoy moments with them. -emotional and believe in others than himself. -experiencing dullness, tiredness and hence procastinates important task. -watches many motivational videos but seems positive effect of it is momentary. -It is a psychological issue and motivational videos are not helping him. Can you please explain: what is optimistic attitude, how can he change his attitude and confidence in himself?

Hie, i have been experiencing a lot of insomnia lately during the lockdown , at night all kinds of bad thoughts negative thoughts capture my mind and i m all,scared . scared enough which does not let me sleep, its all okay in mornings but as,soon as the day ends i m scared.
