I loose my confident level.every time I feel I am going to be a looser,not concentrate the work properly. Always feel lazyness in body.not interested to go outside and do the work properly.last two weeks my mind is asking and forcing me to commit suicide .I am really feel very very Bad. I have not accepted the normal to normal situation.Always think again and again on the same situation.What is going on with my mind I am totally confused.Can you please help me what are the main cause.

Hello Doctor. Lately I'm getting new symptoms which I relate to anxiety and panic attacks. I had symptoms before like muscle twitching, buzzing sensation in hands and legs, headache etc. Lately I feel new things like pulsating sensations in the head, and I feel internal vibrations like shaking especially in the head and feeling sticky hands

After the arrival of my second baby my first baby became very adamant n stubborn. She screams for no reason n starts crying. Knowing that she is very possessive after second baby s arrival I try to keep her calm n Alwys spend time with her only. Is there any remedy for this. Also since she screams her throat becomes hard n dry. Is that a problem? All of a sudden she stopped going to toilet for her potty. She says she is scared also doesn't come to me for combing her hair. For that too she is adamant now. Pls help doc

She has some fear in mind , always in doubt unnecessarily. since i have seen her , she fears repeat one word again again takes so much tension for that always eating tablets for head Pain daily. Doctor, i think she have psychological problem and Needs some  treatment.

My brother who is 24 and prepairing for govt. Jobs since last 5 years . There is a change in his behaviour since last 5,6 months.he keeps roaming in the house the entire day. Just walking. Or else he will just sit for long hrs without doing anything. His focus is just not there on studies . He sits to study for 5,10 min then will start walking .je jas also become addicted to phone games.
