Sleep disturbed by Anxiety since a month. Now a days  I sleep but its light. I wake up 2-3  times in night due to light sleep. Went to a psychiatrist gave these for 30 days 1.Thioril 10 2.Phenergen 10 3. Olimelt 2.5 4.Epitril 0.25 5.Evion 400 ( at lunch ) Will I get addicted to these (medicines 3 and 4 )  if I take these for 1 month considering my age us 21 yrs only ??? When will I return to normal sleep ??

When I take fluoxetine and clomipramine I feel better but after stopping it again the Ocd symptoms (anxiety,angerness etc) comes .Due to medicine i am not able to prepare for my govt exams,I feel sleepiness and dizziness.I takes only 20 mg of fluoxetine and 25 mg of clomipramine tab in one day. Taking long term to this medicine will be safe or not ? How I can  be able to concentrate on my study ?

I was feeling for some days that i am unable to do things in right way, boss and i disagree at each subject, flow in emotion. Every person dislike me. Dont know why?? So i need help.

For the past 10-15 days I feel restless and I get panic for no reason. All of sudden I feel restless and I start to panic in just few mins and I start to feel nervousness too. Whatever I do I am not able to come out of the feel easily. I feel very light dizziness and feel like I should rest. This feeling is troubling me a lot. It takes hours for me to get normal and sometimes I don't get nor la throughout the day. I feel like something bad gonna happen. I am not able to think anything else. Sometimes after this feel is over I feel relaxed and such a peaceful mind I get. I can feel the peacefulness to greater extend and again after few hours I start to panic again. I need advise. I don't want to share this to anyone else in my family. I don't know how to overcome it.

I have been prescribed stalopam 20, nitrosun 5, and pregalin m sr 75. I have history of mild OCD, anxiety issues, and Panic disorder, Lonazep withdrawal. Are these safe.

Hai , I am not able to move on to the next level stuck between my problems. Always my thought is always enjoy with my friends but some of issues miss understanding my friends are not talking to me and they said don't show your face again it's all over like they said. But I always thinking about them now few days I am not interested to talk to anyone. More angry on all

Hi , I was advised with nexito 1mg for 1 month then nexito 5mg for 1 month and nexito 10mg for 3 months. Now I want to stop it. How can I stop it ? Please suggest .

Hi, I feel too stress day by day. Mentally and physically I became too weak. Always a single thought for suicidal. Only one thing always in my that not to live hated my life. I couldn't come out of tis. Who ever I believe in my life they left me and went. I became lonely may b coz of tis u hated my life. Even I couldn't sleep for a deep sleep. When ever I think i need a person to share my feelings at tat time tat person wont b wit me. The person whom I loved him more than my life. Even he also not understanding my feelings. Always fight between us. He knows about me if he z not there I wont b. But even though he z not wit me when ever I need. U faced many problems in my life even at tat time also I had not became mentally weak, but now I m totally mentally weak. Always I feel to die, no need to live anymore. Day by day I m hurting myself. How ever I try to come out of tis but I couldn't. Plz can u give me a solution.
