I am taking nexito 20 mg and Clonazepam 1mg for anexity but my doctor want to add veniz xr150 to it. Is it necessary to add SNRI with SSRI ???

Can you please suggest any tablets for mediate relief from anxiety. Tried one tablet for anxiety around a year before which caused sore throat. suffering from insomnia along with huge stress which is causing anxiety and instrusive thoughts.please suggest.

I have been suffering from crohn's disease since 1yrs taking medicines for that I had anxiety, depression and insomnia so dr had prescribed me PROTHIEDEN 25 mg  one at bed time and I had been continued it for 4 months  from August 2019 to November 2019.and I was ok  then ,but now I am feeling depression and insomnia again. My query is will I continue prothiaden 25 again or any other medicine ? Please reply

Now she is not sleeping well and want to take revenge from family. Can you suggest treatment so that she can come outside the trauma.

Is it safe to take Phnergen 25 for 3 weeks for insomnia ??? Earlier I was taking Phnergen 10 and then switched to phnergen 25

I am taking Fluoxetine for the past 10days, today onwards on Flutop LA once a day dose. So far I didn't see any improvement in MDD or OCD. Knowing my experience with SSRIs (tried all) for the past 1 year I think I need augmentation. Taking medication for Blood Pressure so SNRI isn't the best option. I think Bupropion also can disturb my blood pressure control. I am a pre-diabetic but blood sugar is in control without medication with diabetic diet. So I am looking for an augmentation option that helps in MDD + OCD while not having side effects of hypertension or hyperglycaemia. I also tried CBT sessions but didn't help. What are my medication options now to augment Fluoxetine? What is your opinion about Mirtazapine ? What other options I should go for? Thank you

I took alcohol after 6 months in September and again after 1 month I have taken alcohol and after 8 days of not taking the Alcohol I am feeling dizzy all the day and drowsiness is their and I also have gastric problems and for that reason I am feeling very anxious.. previous I had anxiety disorder and I am facing the same problem again like fast heart rate...not getting proper sleep at night

Recently tested covide +ve all symptoms subsided. But headache persists moderate to severe of and on. Hand shakes also. Kindly advice
