I know Clomipramine works for OCD. Does it also work for MDD? MDD - Major Depressive Disorder OCD - Obsessive Compulsive Disorder What is the usual dosage for OCD? Thank you

I feel bit weak since one month and having pain in the top of head since three days continuously. Please help

I was taking desvenla for 5 months but was feeling just 90% better. Earlier ssri was tried then doc gave me venla and told it's more effective and desvenla is made of venla. Im taking venlafaxine 225 from 15 days. I'm not feeling okay. I was much better with desvenla. Why is this happening. That medicine is ade from this even than why I'm feeling worse. Help me plz. I feel restless day by day. I m not getting comfort in what ever I m doing. I have lost all interest in my career. I don't feel to talk with anyone.

I feel restless, irritated and sad all the time.. I have trouble in concentrating.. I don't feel like doing anything ( bathing , eating , listening to music , anything ) I even get sudden headaches sometimes.. I am not able to sleep.. My mom told me to mention it ( I don't like eating sweets now and there was a time when I used to eat some sweets) I hardly smile, feel good and talk to people..

In the past 2 months, i have lost a lot of body weight, because I don't feel like eating anything even if it is something i like. I either sleep for more than 12 hours or i cannot sleep at all. I am tired all the time and the slightest of things makes me cry. I have constant feeling of hopelessness, i have stopped doing things which i used to do like doing. I don't feel like talking to anyone, and the people i talk to on a daily basis has reduced significantly. Do i need to consult a psychiatrist or a psychologist?

There should be remedies or thinking  that if you will live anxiety free whole life , please suggest some of them

On July 14 my father got some throat infection and he got tension that it was corona but it's not corona.From then onwards he is very anxiety not getting sleep and some negative thoughts that he may fall in bathroom or gas leak and he may die like that .At present he is using anxit 0.25 daily night .By using anxit he is fine but for how many months can we use it it's already one and half month pls suggest me doctor
