Feeling worse in the morning and as day passes you tend to feel better by the evening. This is a classic symptom of depression. Along with this if u feel low mood, helpless, hopeless, or sleep disturbances or mood is irritable, low appetite etc. then definitely u need to consult a psychiatrist for proper guidance and treatment. Within a month into treatment u will definitely feel much better.
