Feeling Sleepy all day
Daily I sleep well for10 hours in the night. In spite of that I fell sleepy all day. Even in the office I always fall asleep. It's been very difficult for me to control my sleep during the day time. It's really effecting my concentration and focus in my work. Please suggest some medication for the same. I heard about Modalert which usually helps in combating such situation. Does it will cure my problem. Please suggest.

Hello. Do not take Modalert blindly without any reason. It won't help you. Rather than it can cause major side-effects. The root cause behind your slkeepfulness & tiredness should be found out first. It may be due to thyroid disorders. Do the following tests immediately - CBC, TSH, Free T4, FBS. Review with in practo direct with the reports. Hope this helps.
