From last week i feel very sleepy,i go to bed around 11at night and in morning i woke up at 10 or sometimes 11 am . Why i am feeling that much sleepy ? what to do?

Hey, your sleeping for 12 hours but you might not having sound sleep , sleep cycle has two phases REM and Non REM , dreams occurs REM stage ,
Go to bed at 11 and get up at 7 ,don't sleep in day time ,avoid coffee ,tea in night ,don't watch TV ,computer while sleeping , do exercise daily in morning , don't worry too much ,don't strain yourself much,Do exercise in morning , don't take bath before 6 hour to sleep. Maintain regular cycle for a month gradually you will adjust to cycle
