Physiologically there are different chronotypes - night owls vs early birds, depending on how active and productive one feels during - night or day However if you have been feeling low mood, loss of energy & motivation, excessive worry, sleep cycle reversal, poor concentration leading to functional impairment, it could point to a diagnosis of depression
Next Steps
Kindly consult a psychiatrist for a detailed history taking and evaluation to arrive at a diagnosis and accordingly further course of management
