Excessive sleepiness (more than 12 hours
I am 18 years old male. I feel excessive sleepiness. (from more than 1 year) I need sleep at least for 12 hours otherwise I feel weakness and fatigue. I have already consulted with many physicians and do all blood tests like hb, cbc, vitamin%, thyroid, liver, lipid profile, usg, ecg, and many more. I have also done eeg test. All tests were normal. Then they prescribed me liver, multivitamin, protein etc. I have also consulted with neurologist and psychiatrist. One psychiatrist prescribed me antidepressant drugs fluoxetine, another one psychiatrist fluvoxamine, epitril and others medicine. But I feel no improvement. I have also symptoms like restless legs, over thinking, less concentration etc. What should I do now? What's treatment should I take?

Sir, the symptoms you just enumerated increased sleep, restless legs, overthinking, less concentration can occur in various illnesses and most common is depression/ Anxiety spectrum disorders - for which you are getting SSRIs. In my opinion a detailed in clinic evaluation may be required to look for your exact diagnosis. treatment will depend on the diagnosis.
