I have been feeling very sleepy for 4-5 months and I do not feel like going to work and office and I always feel tired only to stay at home. What problem do I have and what should I do

Hello sir.. I have been facing problem of episodic tightness of upper chest, neck and jaw all left side. It's remain for some duration and go without any treatment. Sometimes it's come with breathing difficulty. Two days back I had similar issue of breathing problems with heaviness on left side of chest.. like something is place their.. I could feel with every breath. But next day morning when I got up.. I had no breathing problems.. I haven't taken any medicine. My heart check had been done including angiography, stress mpi, echo tmt .. all normal.. What could be the reason..what's next I am supposed to be doing.. Can anxiety change T wave in ecg.. Pls guide

I have ocd i have tried meds like risperdone,prodep 60mg ,clomipramine but no response help me to treat my ocd as soon as possible

I don't know how to explain it. I get caught up in the mix feelings of emotions. I don't know what to do.. somedays back I cried because of that..my eyes get watery and my hands start shaking..and whole day I was in that zone. Sometimes that feeling goes away quickly and sometimes it stays for day or two.

Hello, My periods are regular but it's of 24 days cycle and my mood swings start just after ovulation i.e. after 9 days of start of periods. In Pre ovulation time duration I feel mentally healthy and sound, very positive and happy but after ovulation I am very irritable throughout 15 days, I get negative thoughts for everyone and everything. I feel depressed and lack of interest, I feel anger towards everyone around and this all goes away as soon as I menstruate. PMS is normal but The problem is that this mentally healthy period  for me is of such a short duration 9 days after onset of menstruation ,in that too 4 days I am in menstruation phase. I get Just 5 days of happy life without mood swings in complete 1 month. Kindly guide me

I am taking prodep 60 mg for ocd from one month if i take it for next 20 days will it give me some improvements

It's been few years now, I face difficulties in focusing and  sleeping, my mind just don't stop thinking, sometime it's like I am sleeping and a series  of thoughts is going on and it's also that it is not related to a particular issue  but any sudden thought comes in and then one after another it continues and sometimes mood swings also happen . I try to practice meditation but I think nothing works. I just need to quiten my mind so that I could also relax a bit...

I have high functioning anxiety from childhood my college days I went through a bad exduringperience I had a huge panic attack I had double sided tension headache, now I have right sided headache only for about a year ,some how coping with anxiety.Should I  approach neurologist for my headache first or should I approach psychiatrist for my anxiety please guide me.

I am suffering nicotine withdrawal symptoms. Took 4mg nicotine chewing gums for 2 years, for past two months it was 7-8 gums a day and two cigarettes. Now quit cold turkey, feeling worse. Includes : feeling of getting an attack and anxiety attacks. What needs to be done in this situation ? Do you think taking sedatives / sort of sleeping pills would be a good decision ? I don't want to get hold of another bad habit of having sleeping pills to get sleep.

My father is using Kerosene to kill termites pests. I fear that kerosene will contaminate our home food n it will kill me as kerosene is toxic. How many days it will take for kerosene to evaporate.?
