I have taken prodep 80mg but my ocd is not treating well is ocd not treatable my ocd is for an entire life

OCD being a disorder it has ongoing course. There are increasing and decreasing symptoms throughout. Medicines are titrated accordingly.

There are some other combination of medicines which can help in OCD . But it needs more evaluation.
Psychotherapy is also needed with medicines.
