Hi, if there symptoms/issues have started bothering you recently from last few weeks or months, then its probably a depressive episode. In your best interest you should consult a psychiatrist in-person or via teleconsultation, so that you can start treatment and get better. Remember the treatment need to be continued for a prolonged period of time and it even takes a few weeks before the medicine starts showing its effect. So patience is the key even with treatment.
Next Steps
consult a psychiatrist in-person or via teleconsultation
Health Tips
give yourself a time-out, just dont act over these thoughts, coz they are not your real thoughts (leaving a job), these are the thoughts of depression. These will go off once you are out of depression.
