Hi,
Feeling of uncertainty and apprehension regarding trivial issues/tasks/chores is a common feature of anxiety disorder. Attention and concentration are difficult to maintain especially for a person not in the right state of mood may it be anxious or depressed mood. Its even difficult to fall asleep in a such state as feeling of calmness and relaxation are prerequisite for induction of sleep.
Next Steps
consult a psychiatrist in-person or via teleconsultation
Health Tips
deep breathing exercise for relaxation
follow sleep hygiene
(google for details of both, or your psychiatrist will explain you in detail)
