Hello, My friend has off late been showing high anxiety levels sporadically, and especially when there is heavy rain. During such heightened anxiety, she is scared to be alone, cant sleep properly, (and in case of heavy rain) wants to go away from the sound. Assuming it could be an effect of being locked down within the apartment complex for 6 months, I took her out for a drive couple of times. While she was ok the first day, next time she was scared to be in the moving car too. Could you pls suggest what kind of support can be provided to her to handle these anxieties. Thanks.

Will I get addicted to EPITRIL 0.25 once a day for 30 days if I take it for 30 days continually ?? (As said by psychiatrist) Plz reply I have take 11 doses of it in 0.25 once a day for insomnia.

I have quit smoking in 4 months ago After that i got the after effects of quitting like and i gone through depression anxiety dizziness light headedness after over coming all that issues i was worried so much abt my health i started googling all this things which were happening to me after that i started getting memory issues like things doesn't going in my mind difficulty concentrating and focus not able to remember things which happen sometime before i have to pressurise myself to remember things and now while doing any task i am not able to think before i do anything and when i think abt something it feels for eg - i drive car but now when i think abt driving i cant able to think that strongly whether i will drive car first i was not like this this is happening from last 2 months and i have also done mri,xray all reports are normal

I said Yes.Why are you asking.She said you are just talking like x(My gf).That's the time I realized I lost myself in the name of love...Can I get myself Back?I miss myself

My age is 73 and I am suffering from diabetes , Parkinson disease as well as panic disorder symptoms .. my question is why sometime i feel like my feets got chills, pain in chest ,and throat feels like stickey kindly suggest me what should I do !

For MDD + OCD + SAD If SSRI is giving partial results (for a hypertensive and pre-diabetic) and all SSRIs are tried with maximum doses and still having partial results for OCD If I cannot tolerate SNRI or NDRI augmentation because of risk of hypertension If the patient had an episode of schizophrenia 20years ago. What can I argument with? Antipsychotics? Is this a long term tolerable option? Is Respiridone a good choice? Clomipramine another option? Thank you

Sleep disturbed by Anxiety since a month. Now a days  I sleep but its light. I wake up 2-3  times in night due to light sleep. Went to a psychiatrist gave these for 30 days 1.Thioril 10 2.Phenergen 10 3. Olimelt 2.5 4.Epitril 0.25 5.Evion 400 ( at lunch ) Will I get addicted to these (medicines 3 and 4 )  if I take these for 1 month considering my age us 21 yrs only ??? When will I return to normal sleep ??
