I have been diagnosed with anxiety and depression and am currently taking nexito plus once a day in the night. I'm still feeling very weak fatigue and lethargic and finding difficult to work in the mornings specially. Can you please prescribe me a good multivitamin for daily use for strength and vitality and to boost my body. Thanks

6 years ago I knew that my brother has schizophrenia. I consult a physiatrist and my brother start medicines and he feel better but did not quit tobacco. In this Corona period he faced some problems like fight with neighbours. He felt anxiety, depression. Treatment is continue but he is not well. Now he is suffering from mood disorder, depression, anxiety, sleep disturbance, dissociation episode. Treatment is going on. I want to know when he will be ok.

My getting other persons images ,when listening to my eyes ,pls how to control it and give a suggestion

Anyone can help to decide the blurriness and blood pressure increased 140/90 due to amitriptyline 50mg is normal or if I change this into prothiaden 50 then these side effect can reduced. Amitriptyline 50mg after 21 days helped a lot.  I can do my works and everything is ok. Only sometimes blurriness and slightly fluctuates blood pressure and some wt lift is as a side effect. Dr suggested stop amitriptyline and start 40mg fluoxetine in the morning and clonazepam. 25 mg at night. But I don't want to stop suddenly after 24 days.

Crying all day..not able to concentrate..I don't know what to do with my current situation I am feeling like I am good for nothing..

Sleep disturbed by Anxiety since a month. Now a days  I sleep but its light. I wake up 2-3  times in night due to light sleep. Went to a psychiatrist gave these for 30 days 1.Thioril 10 2.Phenergen 10 3. Olimelt 2.5 4.Epitril 0.25 5.Evion 400 ( at lunch ) Will I get addicted to these (medicines 3 and 4 )  if I take these for 1 month considering my age us 21 yrs only ??? When will I return to normal sleep ??

When I take fluoxetine and clomipramine I feel better but after stopping it again the Ocd symptoms (anxiety,angerness etc) comes .Due to medicine i am not able to prepare for my govt exams,I feel sleepiness and dizziness.I takes only 20 mg of fluoxetine and 25 mg of clomipramine tab in one day. Taking long term to this medicine will be safe or not ? How I can  be able to concentrate on my study ?

I was feeling for some days that i am unable to do things in right way, boss and i disagree at each subject, flow in emotion. Every person dislike me. Dont know why?? So i need help.
