I want to ask if i am going through depression..because i feel my self crying on every moment my weight is excessively lost and i am going through lot of trauma..

There are certain criteria to see which lasts for for more than 2 weeks to call it a depression. Like feeling sad most of the time, not interested in doing work, sleep and appetite disturbances, negative thoughts of about oneself/future, Irritability, forgetting etc.
If you are having majority of these which is hampering your day to day life, then you need to see psychiatrist to rule out possibility of depression.
Or it could just be the bad phase of your life lasting few days because of some minor stress.
