Depression
Feeling depressed as a result of my husband insults. I have high hopes to stand on my own feet but I have a two year old kid and ten year old one so couldn't manage to get into job. Not finding enough time to get into some work. Am feeling exhausted mentally. Finding fault n every single word I talked putting me n deep depression. Only tears many times and I always self motivate my mind to achieve something but I am not able to come out of it as I am ending up with day to day chores. Everyday he s stating tat " u jus talk tat u will get into career but never it happens " this statement hurts me a lot. Plz suggest some remedies.

I am sorry to hear about your situation, I can imagine how difficult that might be.  But I would like to introduce you to a different perspective. A person's worth doesn't depend on whether or not the person earns money but rather it depends upon how he or she might feel about oneself. Now coming back to your current situation,  there is no ready-made answer but there are few possible ways through which you can reach a solution. 1. Career planning and counseling 2. Enrolling in an employment agency 3. Learning practical time n stress management 4. Working on self worth and other life skills 5. Family counselling
Next Steps
consulting a psychologist
Health Tips
you can consult them online just make sure they are skilled enough
