I think I'm depressed and want to medically confirm it. I either eat a lot or don't eat at all. I cry sometimes suddenly even at the smallest things. I remember things and I cry. I start self doubting and then just start losing concentration on everything. Since I lost the concentration, I end up with bad outputs in my work which leads to my manager talking to me. If I get one slight downward emotion, by the end of the day, I'm curled up in my bed thinking about how life has no meaning.

Hi! What you report does sound like symptoms of depression but a few more details would be required to confirm the diagnosis.
As suggested by other fellow Psychiatrist, diagnosis is not important, it is more important for you to feel better and get out of this feeling.
Kindly reach out to a Psychiatrist as soon as possible for better help.
