Hello Doctor, I am facing an issue with tight foreskin. It does not retract properly during erection, although it is slightly better when not erect. There is a small opening at the tip and sometimes I I want to know: 1. Is this phimosis and what stage it could be? 2. Can it be treated with cream and stretching? 3. I've started kegel excercises 3 months, I used to lie on my left side and perform kegels, and I've been sleeping on my stomach when my penis gets erect and press it against mattress, am doing this since years, so I've started to see my penis is curving slightly to left, and split stream of urine too i didn't observe from how long this split urine stream been happening but when I apply pressure the split stream disappear. I have no pain while my penis is erect but am starting to feel muscle tension at base of my penis when erect. What could be the reason. If I should be worried?
