Hello doctor, I am an 18-year-old female experiencing persistent urinary issues and general fatigue. I have difficulty passing urine, with occasional burning sensation. I have also had a past episode of acute urinary retention where I was unable to pass urine despite a full bladder, which required consultation with a urologist at that time. The issue improved temporarily with medication but has now recurred. Alongside this, I have been feeling constant fatigue, dizziness, low energy levels, and difficulty carrying out daily activities. Recent blood tests (October 2025) showed low iron levels and severe vitamin D deficiency. I am currently on psychiatric medications: Sertagress 100, Fordep Plus, and Arip MT 2, and I am unsure if these may be contributing to my symptoms. Given my history and current symptoms, I would appreciate your guidance on whether this could be a urinary tract issue, medication-related, or something else, and what investigations or next steps I should take.

I didnot had an habit of drinking water i used consure very less and lately i started having burning sensation after i urinate , i have it from past over 2-3 week and now my back hurts and around my hip along with burning. What should i do ?

I'm 19 and i recently got to know about phimosis,having a tight foreskin which is not retractable at any states, be it flaccid or erect. But i don't feel any pain or discomfort with the inability to retract. I need to know if this situation of mine is a concern or is it okay until I am in no pain or discomfort. Hi Doctor, My USG report show distal right ureter 12 mm. My doctor advised for stent insertion in the ureter for 3 weeks. Is there any other way for the treatment. I do not have any pain but feel uneasines in flank and right side of groin. Report attached.

I suffer from frequent but drop form urination like incontinence and I feel continuous mild pain on the Right Hand Side(RHS) near kidney for last 1 year.And at night frequent urination but in lesser amount.And I have to put force to fully urinate or empty the whole. bladder.Kindly suggest me exercise,medications for this.(Probably prostatitis) And I have gallbladder sludge due to which I suffer from RHS chest sever pain for 4-8 hours continuously after every fews days of interval. So can it be cured through medicines or I would have to go under surgery to get the gallbladder removed altogether.

Most respected Urologists here 🙏🏻. My father was prescribed fosfomycin for UTI. It was to be taken in evening, stat. However, due to lengthy travel back home, he figured it would be difficult to hold urine during the lengthy transit. So he took fosfomycin sachet at bedtime, 3 hours after dinner. He didn't had anything post dinner till fosfomycin was taken. Now he has developed watery stools. Passed 3 times. How long can watery stools persist after taking fosfomycin? Warmest Regards 🙏🏻
