My father in a routine psa test found psa to be 9.28. Mri gave pirads4  18*11mm nodule. I am also attaching mri report. Doctor is asking for biopsy. Can pirads4 be benign? What are chances? And why his dre was painful?

A vericocle surgery of left side has been done in 2023 Feb three years ago and now there is continuously pain in left sideand heaviness.... Can vericocle can happen again or not ...... Aslp the panis is active for few minutes and after intercourse there is not ejaculation happen... This happen only from last three days ago.....

Hi dr. 10 months ago 23 sept 2025 I go through cect abdomen and mrcp for gallbladder issues incidental finding of Small subcentimetric cortical cyst of size approx. 8.6 x 6.1 mm is noted in mid pole of left kidney. Cholecystectomy done in nov 4 2025 Today 21 june 2026 I done ultrasound  for post cholecystectomy status in which A small cortical cyst of size approx. 11.0 mm with eccentric hyperechoic focus is noted in mid pole of left kidney Cyst size increase by 2.5 mm and what is eccentric hyperechoic focus is there is a cause of concern. Previous cect scan only mention of cyst. Radiologist say nothing to worry about it. Please guide me I attach the both previous cect scan report and today ultrasound report

I have left side vericocle surgery in 2023 and after 3 years from last 2 days. I have pain in the left side of scrotum.... The reason can be what.... What should I do ???

In lumbar mri a cyst was noted in kidney and CT scan was done basis recommended to evaluate the cyst noted. No symptoms noted. KFT blood report are normal and urine report are normal. Gi through the image of CT scan report and suggest next step.

A weird tingling sensation and heaviness in right testicle. It started after a long scooter ride and subsequently sitting on a hard bench. Nothing particular triggered it, but it just started all of a sudden. It has been twenty days and it is on and off for a few days, it feels a lot, and for a few days it feels less. There is no structural damage or redness or swelling, but the feeling won't go away, no matter what is done. Sometimes ice helps, but it comes back on its own. Also, it is very random as such no particular moment or position triggers or calms it down.

Hi, My husband has been getting foamy urine for more than a month now, He is also experiencing severe fatigue and joint pain. He feels very weak nowadays, sometimes he vomits after a food, and also experiences intense pain from the left hip to the knee, and I am really worried about his condition.
