Heart Problems & Remedies

Hi , i am using these medicines, since last 2 months. Nowadays i am feeling vibration in my feet when i drive my car. Plz prescribe something.

I am totally normal,busy in my routine but suddenly get chest pain and palpitations all day all night chest pain scares me alot ecg(done  on 29 May 2022) and echo (done 1 year back)  are normal what to do?Pain is consistent

I had this pains very regularly since feb 22nd I went to ER they took my ECG, 2 d echo, troponin, chest xray, blood reports everything came normal but this pain sometimes comes and goes like sharp and also i have pins and needles nowdays , and chest spasms whenever I yawn I get that spasm in my left chest nd right both, do I need to get TMT ? Because am so much worried and ANXIOUS and sometimes left arm also pains , my oxygen just i checked few mins back it was showing 94 and 91 and then 98 finally should i beleive the values of pulse oximeter please help me is it heart related ? Anxiety? Musculoskeletal? Or nerve compression?

Have high pulse even at night while sleeping Last night i was sweating and had 95 pulse I take telma h daily

My resting heart rate is coming around 90 to 100 is this normal? Previously i was using ciplar la 40 but stopped as my psychiatrist suggested so. What is the normal heart rate bracket ?

As part of my regular check up I went to echo, report shows that mild LCH in the left ventricle, Trivial MR/Trivial TR/ No Patch. I don't have blood pressure too. Is this something I need to worry?

Today when I came to office after lunch from outside... Suddenly heart was racing and pounding.. Without any reason.. I iam a cardiophobia patient since last year.. But today there is nothing anxiety at all.. I was feeling good.. But this came automatically... I measure heart rate.. Was 130... And it last for 15 minute.. And then came normal after that.. No other symptoms.. No chest pain .. Nothing else.. Is this serious... Or just anxiety

My all heart tests are normal but still i have shortness of breathe and discomfort in the heart and when i press my left hand or left leg with pressure it feels like something is choking in my heart and shortness of breathe , i don't know why it's happening, if still there is anything wrong please suggest the best preventive measures to reverse the damage at Early stage .. i m just a 21 yrs old boy having lots of dreams about life and career and i don't want anything to happen

Triglycerides are 230. Do I need medicine or diet and exercise would do? Please advise. I have high from many years.

Sir/Madam, I am 34 years old. Height 5'10" And weight 89kgs. I have done ecg test as I have medical test in next month. Please find the attachment of ecg. Is it normal or serious? I don't have any symptoms. Please suggest. Thank you.
