Hello Dr. Is this ecg correct or amy problem.. I have some extra beat to check I took ecg seems doubt full.. Could you pls suggest if I have to retake the ecg

I have attached ECG report and need a solution for the same why showing abnormal. Past 1 month feel enjity and under homeopathic medication.

During running my echocardiography report are mildly dilated left ventricle final impression - LV mildly dilated.normal LV systolic function (LVEF-59%).Normal mitral inflow pattern.Normal cardiac valves and color flow.No I/C Mass/ Thrombus/ PE seen.RV tapse=29mm.Normal RV function.

When I change my sleeping position I feel my heart beat and when I stand up heart beat also feel echo and ecg are normal but is anything serious should I consult cardiologist

I am suffering from regular left chest pain, breathlessness and high heart beat specially in rest condition and while sleeping. This problem continuing since 1 years. Already consulted different cardiology doctors done ECG 2 times, echo, chest xray..but all showing normal results.( No diabetes,no BP, no family history of heart disease,non smoker,non alcoholic).but slightly increased cholesterol, triglycerides..due to this I can't even concentrate on my regular works.. please help what to do?? What is the reason behind it??

My father using regulary bp tablets but bp not in control latest bp is 195/104 pls suggest any tablet
